1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Rankgo Digital ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using any service offered by Rankgo Digital, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2Our Services

Rankgo Digital provides the following digital marketing and web development services:

• Guest Posting — publishing SEO articles with backlinks on third-party websites
• Link Insertion — placing backlinks within existing published content
• WordPress Website Development and Design
• SEO Optimization and Consulting

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with notice.

3Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or messaging platform)
• Full or partial payment is required before work begins, depending on the package
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified

4Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of ordering and vary by service:

• Guest Posting: 7–13 business days depending on package
• Link Insertion: 5–10 business days depending on package
• WordPress Development: 7–14 business days depending on package

Timelines begin from the date of confirmed payment and receipt of all required client information. Delays caused by the client (late content submission, slow approvals) will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality results. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund available if you cancel before work has started
• Work in Progress: Partial refund for the portion of work not yet completed
• Completed Orders: No refunds once links are live and report is delivered
• Quality Issues: If placements do not match agreed DA/quality, we will replace them at no cost
• Website Development: Refunds not available after design approval and development has begun

6Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate website URLs, target keywords, and niche information
• Ensuring the target website complies with Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Responding to our communications in a timely manner
• Not purchasing our services for websites with illegal, adult, gambling, or harmful content
• Not reselling our services without prior written agreement

7Intellectual Property

All content written by Rankgo Digital (articles, web copy, reports) becomes the client's property upon full payment. However:

• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (with client permission)
• Published guest posts remain on third-party websites and cannot be removed by us after placement
• Website designs created by us are exclusively owned by the client after final payment

8Limitation of Liability

Rankgo Digital shall not be liable for:

• Changes in Google's algorithm that affect your rankings after link placement
• Third-party website owners removing published posts after placement
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Loss of revenue or business resulting from website downtime or ranking changes

9Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for websites that contain or promote:

• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Gambling or illegal betting platforms
• Malware, spam, or phishing content
• Hate speech, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these restrictions, with a full refund.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
